Good communication and great app

They provide an app which you can turn on ‘my trips’ to try to get a discount the following year, as well as having the roadside assistance number to hand and telling you what to do in the event of an accident. Great customer service. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

They say you only really know the cut of an insurance companies cloth when you have to deal with them. with that in mind I recommend Admiral. I had someone drive into the back of my while I was waiting to turn out of a road and the entire experience was simple and quick. Having never had to deal with a claim in my 20 odd years of driving i had no idea what would happen but in all honesty admiral made it so easy for me. I was never treated like I was stupid for asking questions and they arranged for my car to be fixed, with a courtesy car while I waited.
