Great helpful and cheap insurance

I have had this insurance company for years now. They have always been helpful in getting me the best price possible, and they are much cheaper than most other competitors. The best part is if you modify your policy (or add modifications on the car ) they accept this and only charge a £9.50 fee which is fantastic! Purchased car insurance on line for a new vehicle; but there are a limited choice of Kia Sportage vehicle models available. Made a choice but the incorrect engine rang immediately when the V5 came through but was charged £60 for changing policy . No choice but to pay, no flexibility with the agent. Very good customer service!

Have been with Admiral for a number of years and always received excellent customer service both at renewal and with other matters. Had one slightly negative experience recently which was so unusual for Admiral that I reported it. I was contacted and reassured that it would be deslt with by providing further training for the individual concerned and also received a one off goodwill compensation gesture of a small cashback amount.
