Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good value and great customer service

Have been with admiral for years and years for car insurance. Whenever I look at other companies to compete they never can on price. With the pandemic they refunded some money, generally a really nice car insurance company and I've never been swayed to change as I feel safe with Admiral. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Simple, fair and friendly

I've been with Admiral for 3 years and have always found it easy to communicate with their customer service team, who are normally super friendly and chatty. Good prices and always price match if I find insurance cheaper elsewhere. No problems in 3 years. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Nothing is ever a problem

Super efficient friendly and professional

Good value. Easy joining.
