Great customer service

Ive been with admiral for a few years now and they always manage to be competitive with the price when i call for a renewal meaning i save myself time having to shop around and most importantly money! The customer service team are always friendly and haply to help. The online dashboard is also very easy to navigate when it comes to checking the policy. Price, product and proof! Got it all!

So often I see positive reviews by people that have simply based their review of a product like insurance solely on price, but they haven't had to use it. Which is fine unless you need to use your insurer. Unfortunately I have had to test the product. Admiral were a good price, with great and easy app to use. When I had an accident, this made the process really easy. Admiral offered great service, making something that could have been quite upsetting into a very easy, quick, plain process.
