Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Amazing insurance

I have 2 modified cars, everything declared and it's a a lot cheaper that any competition out there. Not only is the excess relatively small but they cover pretty much everything. Excellent Car Insurance

I have been with Admiral for a few years, starting from when I passed my test aged 18. The website is easy to use, as is the online chat feature. Calling Admiral is easy and the staff are always very helpful. I have had 2 no fault accidents where my car was written off both times.
