Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Made everything so easy!

I've been with Admiral a few times over the years. They regularly have the best deal so often my renewal will stay with them. Their customer service was excellent when I spoke to them in person following a house move and their website makes it easy to understand the policy. After a recent issue with my car, I thought it was wise to check my breakdown cover and all the information was right there on the website when I logged on....it's good to know that I can easily contact them during a break down or following an accident.
