Great helpful and cheap insurance

I have had this insurance company for years now. They have always been helpful in getting me the best price possible, and they are much cheaper than most other competitors. The best part is if you modify your policy (or add modifications on the car ) they accept this and only charge a £9.50 fee which is fantastic! I have always found Admiral customer service to be excellent. The staff are very friendly and put you at ease. I could have bought my car insurance at a slightly cheaper price but decided to stay with Admiral because of my good experience with their customer support. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024

Great customer service, and documents are well laid out

Multi policy documents are well laid out and easy to understand. Customer services are easy to access, a real person is available to speak to and they are always very professional and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t recommend anything to anyone, that’s the only reason I’ve scored ‘0’ for that. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
