Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best Insurance company so far

Admiral is a great insurance company that is one of the most affordable and reasonable priced where you can and will be able to drive anywhere. You can rely on them to do what's right and they will ensure you are satisfied with there service. Customer service is just a click away or a call. Great first car insurance provider!

Admiral were by far the most affordable insurance company when I first passed my test. Since then I’ve had no issues and any queries have been resolved quickly over the phone.
