Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admirable Insurance

I have been a customer of Admiral Car Insurance for over four years. Prior to this I changed insurer every year. I feel I am rewarded for loyalty and have always had excellent interactions with advisors I have spoken to. I find their app and website very user friendly and have never had issues completing tasks I need to. Furthermore, whenever I’ve had a quote they have always been able to beat that quote or offer better value on a policy. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
