Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fabulous Service at a Great Price

I have been so impressed by admiral since we have been customers. Not only have their customer service been amazing, especially when I had a small accident and they worked with me to get AA there asap, but they are also great value for money. We have multi car discount which saves us around £50-£100 a month on car insurance. They also reduce our premiums each year, which is a nice contrast to the rest of the bills which only seem to go up! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Decent insurance

I am with admiral for more than 2 years now. I am glad I managed to get some discount on my insurance last year and this year which makes some difference in todays living crisis. Customer service good but they should improve on waiting time to get the agent and that automatic voice thing annoys me. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
