Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Have Never Let Me Down

A good brand all round

It's great to have an affordable first time insurance, that still offers a lot of different add one and options. I work for a different motor insurance company that I definitely wouldn't be able to purchase! Whilst I haven't needed to use the telephone services for either customer service or claims, I was pleased with how easy it was to navigate the website for setting up the insurance in the first place. Only ones to pick up the phone

I have unusual circumstances that I am unable to enter on a computer system so I needed to speak to an actual person. I went through a comparison site and admiral were the only ones who had active call centres. They were able to help me , unlike the others that no longer have call centres for new customers.
