Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

No hassle and fantastic service

Was given a great deal for my first ever car insurance quote. Couple the ease of having them as my insurer, plus discounts for having other insurances with them, I haven’t looked to change them throughout the years. 10/10 would recommend. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Excellent insurance for first time driver

After recently passing my driving test I spent an awful lot of time searching for the best priced insurance that still offered a package with competitive benefits.
