Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great advertising low on value

I’ve been with admiral insurance for almost 6 months now. Sounded great at the time took insurance, very difficult to speak to anyone when you eventually get through the Miriad of options they I’ll have to transfer you wrong department. Because I have 3 accidents 2 not my fault a deer and manhole cover. I have to have a black box. This box does not take into account events and actions that are unavoidable whilst driving. Subsequently you the driver penalised because of the algorithm. To increase your score it suggests don’t drive etc, why isn’t that purpose of the insurance. You are also stressed because your try to drive perfectly which in turn takes your attention off the road. Not cheap either. Would I recommend NO Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great insurer

I put a claim in this year and it was so easy to do on the app, and I didn’t suffer too much monetarily from it either! Easy to switch up to multi car insurance Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Hassle free & easy to speak to.

This is my second year going into admiral car insurance & its has been the best insurance company have delt with in nearly 10 of driving, fair prices and want the business so will make sure they do everything they can do keep you happy and with them as a business. Easy, breezy.

Everything is so easy, whether it’s renewing, adding people to your policy or negotiating a new price. I have had awful experiences with previous providers but I honestly will not be leaving Admiral ever. Their customer service is top notch. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Best Car Insurance

just moved from South Africa and bought a car just 3 weeks of being in England to get around. Admiral offered me the best price for my car insurance especially considering I was still using my South African drivers license and only 24 years old. I had to change my address and when calling for Admiral to help me, they were extremely helpful over the phone. What an easy process. Would recommend to anyone in England including foreigners moving from other countries who still have not yet changed to the British drivers license. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
