Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Straight forward, reliable

Solid Company that alive up to their Good Reputation

I have always found Admiral to be one of the consistent insurance companies I have been with, often being the cheapest and best value for money that I have come across but also willing to reduce their prices when faced with a cheaper quote from elsewhere. Their customer care is great and when i had an accident and was not at fault, they dealt with the issue swiftly, ensuring my vehicle was taken for repair quickly and a courtesy car provided.
