Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

Clear terms, well priced quote, uncomplicated website

I wanted a simple, straightforward experience in getting a home insurance quote. The user experience on the website was good, the questions were clear, the options sensible, the quote was competitive and with very little hassle I insured my home and belongings.
