Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Fantastic service

As a fairly young driver, I struggled finding an insurance company that was both reasonably priced and user-friendly. I opted for the car insurance option that required me to have the plug-in box. This was sent to me immediately and I was ready to go, no stress or hassle. Any questions I had were answered fully by customer service, and the regular email updates keep me fully informed about new policies and events, as well as letting me know that I'm still on track for the discount from the plug-in box!
