Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Very helpful

Admiral customer service reps are always very helpful and friendly, helping you to get the best deal. Sometimes the prices are not quite the lowest but if you want to stick with a company that you know like me, they will certainly do their best to improve the price for you. Best customer support

As a customer with motor and house cover the ease of setting up cover and changing conditions is second to none. Both policies offer great value for money and in my experience the cheaper companies with “headline savings” don’t have the level of cover.
