Best customer support

As a customer with motor and house cover the ease of setting up cover and changing conditions is second to none. Both policies offer great value for money and in my experience the cheaper companies with “headline savings” don’t have the level of cover. Great insurance

Had my car insurance with Admital, shopped around for home insurance, where many companies wouldn’t cover us, admiral did and at an unbelievable price too! Would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

All inclusive

Have been with Admiral for a few years for both our 2 cars and found them most helpful this year I also gave them the opportunity of quoting for my household and contents insurance and found their package price good and so placed the order. About 3/4 weeks after this I received a letter informing me that they had been reviewing my quotation and that they would be able to reduce my quote by about £70.00p and they then sent me a cheque who else do you know who would do this?? Admiral were one of the cheaper quotes for my car insurance who offered what I needed hence I chose them. A few months after I was looking for quotes on home insurance and again they were my number one choice. Customer service it great and easy to get hold of. Very helpful and friendly they gave me all of my options and tried to get me the cheapest deal. Made my home insurance cheaper then orongional quote o revived online because I was already a customer. Very helpful

My overall experience with admiral and bell has been very good. Having been on both ends of a claim, company cars have been provided and they’ve got me back on the road swiftly compared to other insurance company’s. Everything under one roof!

I had my car insurance with Admiral originally, they took my home insurance and second car expiry dates and sorted my renewals for them too which saved me around £200, when it came to renewal they lowered the price again saving me another £100, I now only have one renewal date to sort out and has really taken the misery out of getting insurance for everything, the policy is better than others too and the contact centre staff all seem enthusiastic and helpful, I love admiral which is literally the first time I have ever said that about an insurance company, happy days, all is good :-) Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
