Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Professional, realiable and honest and caring for individual needs

Been with admiral now for some years and this year on renew spoke to a lovely customer service assistant who was very honest, easy spoken caring and considerate.
