Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Fantastic and quick and easy to arrange

Well I had not long passed my driving test so therefore a new driver. They were reasonable rate for first time driver. It was easy to set up and my other half uses them too and hasn't had any issues even when he changed his car etc Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

At Admiral we have found the perfect home

We have been in our house for more than twenty years and used many insurance companies. Now we are with Admiral and have our house and car covered. Looking to save you money

I went with Admiral for car insurance as they offered great value for money, including breakdown option. When I moved house, I decided to combine my house insurance with them. The representative on the phone was great. Not only did combining insurances add very little compared to just my car insurance, but the representative also told me that my insurance would be reduced due to my move - amazing. Good price, great service

I was very impressed with the customer service and the price when I rang to renew my house insurance. So much so, I transferred my car insurance to Admiral at the same time and I’ve just this minute suggested to lovely husband that he looks into a multi car policy too!
