Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Saved Money

Had a water mark on ceiling. Admiral sent representative to access storm damage or wear & tear. Not storm damage but gave a detailed report on what was needed & cost. Had already had a builder’s quote, with report another builder more than halved the quote! We would have been ripped off by first builder. Reviewed on: 4th June 2018

Very helpful and saved me money

I purchased motor insurance with Admiral, and when going through the offers with the customer service team, they found an offer which would make my insurance cheaper if I also got contents insurance.
