Great customer service, clear policies and helpful staff in answering questions. Good online app and great communications. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Great service and value

I love the multi car policy. We have saved a lot of money by using it, and the App that tracks your driving. Good drivers are rewarded with lower premiums which is how it should be. The online service is easy to use to add drivers to the policy and when we have needed to contact re a query the customer service has been excellent. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Easy to use, easy to understand

I setup my coverage online. It is easy to understand the different levels of cover available to help pick which one you want or need. I have had to change my details a few times, and been able to manage it online for small edits where their online chat function is easy to use. Super customer service, competitive pricing

Although I have not had to make a claim, I have had to make changes to my policy and to add in a home policy to my car insurance policy.
