Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great insurance provider who rewards loyalty

Love Admiral who rewards loyalty with lower annual renewals and also understands the difficult times their customers were going through during the COVID pandemic. Really great customer service and generally very happy with their services. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Customer service wizards

Technicality

I've had to stay with Admiral this year due to being away and not having the time to source another provider. We got flooded by freak rainfall but they claimed we weren't covered as the rain pocket wasn't wide spread enough to be deamed a "storm". Please don't use this company. The customer service staff are responsive and empathetic but I don't trust the company. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
