Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Friendly, helpful and affordable!

I've been with Admiral for 2 years now. Initially it was just for car insurance but the multicover discount they offer, meant I got a nice deal on my home insurance too. I also had to make a vehicle claim 6 months into my policy and I found everyone was helpful and informative. I'd highly recommend Admiral and the App is really helpful too! Great value multicover

We received very helpful advice from Admiral when we changed from our previous insurer and were also delighted with how reasonable the quote was. We are also impressed that the renewal price is often the same or lower than previous years as our previous insurers used to increase the renewal premium every year. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Great value with easy online access

We have all the family cars insured with Admiral as we as our house and my 100 yr old mothers house ( mum not house!) Friendly phone assistance when needed with easy online changes you can do yourself. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Excellent customer service and online services easy to use

I have been a customer of admiral for many years. I always receive amazing customer service when I have contacted them by phone when renewing.
