Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Amazing value and service

I have never rang a call centre and got the customer service I get everytime from admiral. Their staff are super friendly and helpful and it's one of the only companies I look forward to ringing and don't dread! Straightforward and affordable

Fantastic customer services
