Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Home insurance for old cottage

Hailstones damage conservatory roof

Have to say that this was our first claim we have ever had to make. Admiral were prompt with confirming the claim followed by a rapid team to repair the problem. How can you complain about that. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
