Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Professional and informative

First time I have dealt with admiral, cannot fault the quick and efficient way I was dealt with. Everything was explained in plain English so understood everything clearly, so I could make an informed choice what was best for me. Excellent and professional from start to finish .
