Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

So helpful and efficient

Unfortunately I had my phone stolen in July and I put a claim through I was very stressed at the time, but the team at admiral put my mind at ease and helped me every step of the way with the claim.
