Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

Best insurance company out there!

Me and my husband recently brought our first home and needed building and contents insurance. We rang up and the lady was so lovely and helpful, having things explained made such a difference as we had no clue! Not only did we get a great deal but we got an amazing quote for our car aswell!
