Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

What home insurance cheaper

My policy for home insurance from Admiral was cheaper than my previous policy but gave me much better coverage on a like for like basis with lower excess levels on all points. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
