Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Life saving company

Twice this company came to my rescue when I had problems at home. I woke at 2am to find the ceiling in my living room dripping water onto the floor. I rang them and was able to speak to someone at 2am, who organised everything. The following year I had a leaking water tank in the loft . Again help and experts were readily available.
