Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Glad I switched!

Fast and responsive

My cover is well priced. Luckily I've only had to call on Admiral once, for a broken window late at night. They sent someone around immediately under my emergency cover to make it safe while I arranged a replacement.
