Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Excellent service and great vfm.

Support when you need it

Have only dealt with admiral for a short time, however I have been amazed at how well they have helped. Bicycles are never easy from what I understand, however it was resolved quickly and dealt with well. One slight delay otherwise it would be a 10* Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
