Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Straightforward, good price, there when needed.

I've used Admiral for a while now. Prices are always competitive. The one and only time I've claimed was for a boiler breakdown. I called and had an engineer here within a couple of hours. Quality tradesman too. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Great customer service and prices

Everything you need

Not needed to claim,but for the level of cover provided and ease of accessing documents, the home insurance policy seems good value for money. Renewal premiums are kept competitive and even saved us money this year. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
