Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Price always comes out cheap, but you don't compromise on service. Straight forward, clear, process of taking the insurance out, their app is so easy to use so minimum faff when dealing with them. Have the home and car with them, would recommend. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Claim dealt with easily

When I called up to make a claim for a flood in my house. I was a total mess, didn’t know what to do for the best. The lady on the other end of the phone was very caring and she calmed me down quickly!
