Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Always there for you

Since signing up to admiral they have kept me informed about all that is available. I have not yet had to use my contents insurance but I believe that there would be no problem if I had to claim and I am happy with what I pay monthly. Efficient, polite, reasonably priced

Title says it all really. Pleasant service staff. They have been helpful when I’ve had to call and when I’ve had to claim. All claims have been efficiently handled pretty much all you can ask for from an insurance company. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Easy, simply, supportive

Easy understandable, accurately sending e mails on time, can make a car and home insurances together. Offering travel insurances also. It’s much easy to stay with one company. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Great Customer Service in Resolving My Renewal

In the loving process I had forgotten to renew my insurance for my new flat and when it came to missing my renewal due to a changed card they were so helpful in revoking the extra cost and getting me back on the right track. No qualms here! Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
