Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Helpful staff

Admiral; great service

I have been with Admiral for a couple of years now, the team was very helpful, friendly and professional when setting up my plan, with all documents being sent quickly and efficiently. I recently made a claim and couldn’t believe how simple the process was, with payment made quickly. I was kept up to date with my claim throughout. True value
