Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Free emergency call out

Admiral sent out a plumber who quickly resolved the issue to save me ringing round for an emergency plumber to fix my leaky bathroom toilet He took photographs of the damage and the part that was fixed which was reassuring Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
