Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

My first policy ever

I was meaning to buy home insurance for a long time and was told about Admiral by a family member who has used them for over 20 years, I went ahead for a quote and nerley fell over when i saw how cheap the policy's were so took one out ASAP, best thing i did as it took so much pressure off me with worrying about something going wrong at home, I have not had to claim but just knowing that if i have to then i can if ever needed as we most definitely do not have the kind of spare funds to replace home appliances ect, Only had to call in once regarding some advice and was greeted nicely and my queries were resolved in minutes, i would definitely recommend these guys Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Very reasonable priced.

My renewal was okay. Not too much of an increase. When I spoke with them the other year about insuring my hobby equipment (scale models) the increase was very reasonable. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Simple and effective

Choosing home insurance can be tricky but admiral make the options clear and easy to decide on! I can't comment on how easy it is to claim because thankfully we haven't had to but my overall experience with admiral tells me it would be a simple process! Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
