Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great service and great cover

I have multi cover for home and 2 cars and cover and customer service is great. The only thing not great is the under 25 excess (even if have been driving since 18) as I feel like this is a bit discriminatory for people who have been driving 5+ years Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
