Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

the best we have been with

we have been with Admiral for a few years now and any help we needed, they have given it, we have never had to wait ages to contact them, and they have always been pleasant, and helpful, nothing is a problem to them. A big thing for us being pensioners, they always give us a very fair renewable price, unlike other companies we have been with before. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Amazing Home Insurance

I have been with Aviva for over 12 years , year they increased my early premium three fold . I decided to shop around I called about five different companies and all their quotes were relatively not what I could afford moreover their Customer Service Officer were not interested in selling their product . When I called Admiral, the female Customer Service, was polite , willing to explain to me in detailed about what it’s covered and what additional I could add . Surprisingly the total I had to pay amounted to a half of what I would have to pay if I stayed on with Aviva. My daughter who is a lawyer by profession thus I sent her a copy to look over it prior to me signing on to Admiral. She said it’s all genuine to go for it . Well , worthy and low home insurance.
