Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great insurance providers!

Admirable company

Friendly, reliable and solid

I've stayed with Admiral over the years because I consistently find they offer me the best solution for my needs and at the best price. Renewal online is very slick, but on the occasions I've had to talk to them they've been fantastically efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. That applies in particular to the single time I had to make a claim - I expect my insurance company to make life easier when things go wrong, and the Admiral folks really came through for me.
