Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Price drop!

Unbelievable an insurance company that prices go down not up,its true Admiral sent ny house and contents insurance renewal and its gone down by £5, i have renewed. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

A reasonably good company.

I have been dealing with my Mums (who is 91) subsidence claim. The pandemic has delayed it immensely and overall Admiral has been ok but I think there are aspects that they could have dealt with better. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021
