Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Confidence and trust.

I was insured prior to Admiral but they suspended it in short notice, I panicked, why would they cancel my payments was all paid in front in full, I phoned Admiral and they sorted it all out on the phone, it was just my contents exceeded there amount.
