Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Satisfied customer

Have insured house and contents for several years. Fortunately we have had no need to claim, but whenever we have had contact for renewals and quotes etc the customer service excellent, polite and helpful. We were also pleased with the help we were given re our travel insurance considering the uncertainties caused by covid. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Good all round value for monet

I left my previous home and contents provider after they put the price up yet again. Found Admiral on Compare the market and they were much cheaper You can also sign up to the Reward scheme and earn cash back with many different companies. No other provider does this. My insurer

A competitive price and easy to take out a policy. However, not having had to make a claim I have no idea as to their customer service! Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Cover with comfort

As a small print reader it is comforting to know that there are no hidden flaws in the policy unlike other companies who offer what seems to be the same cover at a much reduced premium, an old proverb that "you only get what you pay for", is very true. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
