Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Always an excellent service

Really happy with the service received from Admiral. Always easy to deal with by phone and has become an even better service by launching their new mobile app. I can check and amend my policy details easily with no fuss at all. Okay insurer but not had to claim

Okay so far. Luckily I haven't had to make a claim so I don't know how the service for that would be (which is the real test for a company). Price was mid-range but will see how much the renewal increases!!! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Admirable Admiral

Admiral have been my home and car insurer for just over a year now. I have stayed with them on renewal because they offer great prices and helpful customer service should I need them.
