Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

At renewal, online chat was so quick, efficient and helpful. Much easier than over the telephone. Don't know why all insurance providers don't do it this way but Admiral is certainly leader of the pack on that score. Thanks. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
