Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great cover at competitive price

I thought Admiral was last resort but far from it.

Having received yet another increase in premium from my former provider I decided to shop around and was becoming increasingly frustrated until I contacted Admiral ( I was researching from UK but actually spoke to a Canadian Gentleman from the east coast of that country, Covid working from home at a distance) What a delight - he was very professional and listened to my insurance needs. Within minutes I had what I wanted in terms of insurance and the policy was completed very quickly and efficiently indeed. Reviewed on: 4th August 2020

Great value for household insurance.

Nice and easy process from beginning to end, clear explanation of Policy documents for both building and contents insurance. No hard sell whatsoever, and great value for money and peace of mind knowing you are insured with one of the leading insurers.
