Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Its great that Admiral has kept in touch with their customers during the COVID-19 situatiion. Has kept me up to date with relevent information re working from home during this difficult time.
