Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

not very helpfull when i rang up witha plumbing issue

jenny who i spoke to was more interested in the fact that my excess of £250 would have to be paid for this service as i had a leek in the shower no help whatsoever so rang up Halifax who my wife pays on her credit card insurance. they sent me a plumber within a few hours and fixed the leak Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
